The Hitting Vault approached us a few years ago to help with the maintenance of their online membership platform. We worked with them to define their problem and isolate their digital presence to help better maintain their platform.

VPS Hosting

After looking at their existing infrastructure, it was determined that they would be better suited leaving their shared hosting platform and moved into a cloud server environment. This would allow us to control not just their code, but also the runtime configuration and location. We helped set them up on a new VPS hosting agreement so that we could monitor and manage their entire stack.

Marketing Site vs. Web Application

A fairly common scenario that we find is that clients that start with a simple member’s only site eventually outgrow their original setup. This was exactly the case for the Hitting Vault. As their membership numbers grew, it became harder and harder for them to optimize their marketing efforts while keeping the membership side stable.

We worked with them to split out their Wordpress members application from their Wordpress marketing site. Now, when we are looking at signing up new members.
